Built to Last, Made to Age
Marble is a natural material with character – every slab is unique, shaped by time, pressure, and mineral deposits. Small pores, fine hairline cracks, or slightly dull areas are part of its nature, not flaws. They tell the story of the stone.
Sensitive, but durable
Marble is a soft, calcium-based stone and reacts to acids, moisture, and extreme temperatures. Spilled liquids like wine, coffee, juice, or even mineral water should be wiped off immediately with a soft, dry cloth to prevent staining.
What to avoid
- Acidic or alkaline cleaners (like vinegar, citrus-based products, alcohol, or ammonia)
- Abrasive or sharp tools
- Hot or ice-cold items placed directly on the surface – always use coasters or trivets
Care & Protection
For daily cleaning, a damp cloth is enough. You may also use a pH-neutral cleaner specifically designed for natural stone.
We recommend sealing the surface with a stone impregnator about every 6 months. This treatment adds an invisible barrier that helps protect the marble from everyday spills and makes it easier to maintain.
Patina, not perfection
Over time, marble develops a natural patina. This change in texture and tone is part of the material’s charm. With a little care, your table will remain expressive, rich in character, and built to stand the test of time.
